Product availability, lead times and configuration options vary by destination and order volume; the final scope is defined in the quotation we issue.

4. Inquiries, quotations and orders

• Submitting the inquiry form is a request for information, not an order.
• An order becomes binding only when we issue a proforma invoice or order confirmation and you confirm it in writing.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, typically 30 days.

5. Regulatory compliance and intended market

Medical device registration requirements differ by country. Unless we expressly confirm in writing that a product is registered for your market, it is supplied for the market and intended use stated in your order, and you are responsible for obtaining any local registration, import licence or approval required in your territory.

6. Shipping, duties and risk

Trade terms follow the Incoterms stated in your quotation (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or others). Import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance are for the buyer's account unless agreed otherwise. Risk passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

7. Payment

Payment terms, currency and method (bank transfer, letter of credit, or payment link for small orders) are specified in your quotation or proforma invoice. Orders are normally released for production after receipt of the agreed deposit.

8. Warranty, returns and samples

Warranty periods differ by product and are stated in the quotation or the product documentation. Customised, OEM/ODM and made-to-order goods are generally not returnable except for confirmed manufacturing defects. Sample units are supplied for evaluation and may differ cosmetically from production units.

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, product designs, patents and trademarks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation, but you may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Changsha, Hunan, China, or to arbitration as agreed in the relevant contract.

各国医疗器械注册要求不同。除非我们书面确认某产品已在您的市场完成注册，否则产品按订单中载明的市场与预期用途供应，您需自行负责取得当地所需的注册、进口许可或批准。

6. 运输、关税与风险

贸易条件以报价单中载明的 Incoterms 为准（EXW、FOB、CIF、DAP 等）。除另有约定，进口关税、增值税/商品服务税及清关由买方承担。风险按约定的 Incoterms 转移。

7. 付款

付款条件、币种与方式（电汇、信用证，或小额订单的支付链接）在报价单或形式发票中载明。通常在收到约定定金后安排生产。

8. 质保、退换与样品

质保期因产品而异，以报价单或产品文件载明为准。定制、OEM/ODM 及按单生产的产品一般不支持退货，经确认的制造缺陷除外。样品仅供评估，外观可能与量产版本存在差异。

9. 知识产权

本站所有文字、图片、标识、产品设计、专利与商标均归我们或我们的权利人所有。您可以查看和打印页面用于内部评估，但未经书面许可，不得复制、再发布或用于商业用途。
