This website is operated by Hunan Nengshou Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in the People's Republic of China with its address at Pilot Free Trade Zone, Changsha, Hunan, China. We design and manufacture rehabilitation and assistive devices under the Kangnengxing / N-WALK brands.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, our analytics and advertising tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address. This only happens after you give consent through the cookie banner (see section 4).

• Google — Analytics and Ads measurement (United States)
• Our email provider — delivery of inquiry notifications
• Freight forwarders and customs brokers — only for orders you place

Each provider is contractually limited to using the data only for the service they provide to us.

7. International transfers

We are based in China and our providers operate globally, so your information may be transferred outside your country of residence, including to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection. We take reasonable steps to protect your information in line with this policy.

8. How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for up to 36 months from your last contact, so we can continue commercial discussions. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Chinese tax and accounting law (generally at least 10 years). Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in section 12. We respond within 30 days. California residents may also request that we disclose or delete personal information under the CCPA.

This site is intended for businesses, clinicians and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
